You’re right, almost all men. Oddly, drama looks like it’s entirely closed to women but we managed to sneak a few girls into the comedy club.

right across the board it’s a pretty scary thing if you’re a woman. Aside from Tina Fey, it doesn’t look like there’s much opportunity does it?
