    Wow. It’s great to see good writing recognized. The networks must be reeling.

    And it’s terrifying to note the comedy program nominees and the very few women staffers. Boys club much?

    You’re right, almost all men. Oddly, drama looks like it’s entirely closed to women but we managed to sneak a few girls into the comedy club.

    right across the board it’s a pretty scary thing if you’re a woman. Aside from Tina Fey, it doesn’t look like there’s much opportunity does it?
