Toronto has a lot of film festivals.  Who can keep up?  Judy Gombita just alerted me to another one: the European Film Festival which runs from November 19th to December 3rd, 2009 and screens… yes, that’s right, films from Europe — 23 European countries, in fact.  But what really sets this festival apart from all the others is that all the screenings are free.

Many of the screenings will be held at the Royal and all will feature English subtitles.
